Vinification and maturation: Hand-picked and selective harvest; alcoholic fermentation and maceration on the skins for about 30 days at controlled temperatures. Malolactic fermentation and aging in French oak barriques for approximately 24 months. Then, about 12 months in the bottle before being released for sale.
