Alcoholic volume: 14,5 % vol.

Vinification and maturation: Hand-picked and selective harvest; alcoholic fermentation and maceration on the skins for about 30 days at controlled temperatures. Malolactic fermentation and maturation in French oak barriques for approximately 24 months. This is followed by about 12 months in the bottle before the wine is released for sale.

Tasting notes

Purple red colour with garnet reflections; a great olfactory complexity given by scents of black berry fruit, which then give way to spicy and tertiary notes. A full-bodied wine, elegant and powerful at the same time, with robust and well-integrated tannins for a persistent finish.
